Small Domestic and Commercial Building Projects in Central London
For when a job’s too small for a building company, but too big for a one-man-band
Ever been put off embarking on a small building project because you didn’t think a building company would take you seriously, or give you a genuinely competitive price? Well, we’ve got a solution for that. Whether it’s a large shed, a new porch or a tiny extension, we have the right building contractors, with the right set of skills and experience, ready to jump in and help out across central London.
We can help with the design and planning, the electrics and brick work, and if you need plumbing and heating, we can do that too. And just because it’s a small job, it doesn’t mean we’ll treat it as insignificant. In fact, we pride ourselves on attention to detail and making things look, quite frankly, stunning. We love the challenge and still enjoy the thrill of seeing our clients say ‘wow’ when the job’s complete.
But as much as we could use this page to tell you how amazing we are, there’s no-one better to do that for us than those we’ve helped in the past. So, don’t take our word for it – please take a moment to look at our many Google 5 Star reviews. We don’t mind telling you that we are incredibly proud of our testimonials – it’s what drives us to keep on improving and finding ways to add value for those who have put their trust in us. Give us a call – we’ll provide a free quotation, and there’s never an obligation to go ahead. Try us.
A few of the things our dedicated building team can help you with:
Small outbuildings

Make contact
We’ll arrange a site visit
Let us know when a good time to visit will be, and we’ll send one of our friendly team to reconcile the work and find the best way to help you. If it’s a small job, we’ll probably be able to carry out the work there and then.
We’ll provide a FREE, no obligation quotation
Usually, within 24 hours of the site visit we’ll have a no-obligation quotation across to you.
We’ll schedule the work in
Once you’re happy with the quotation, we’ll arrange the work to take place at a time that’s convenient for you.
Once the job is finished / payment
Once we’ve finished the job and you are happy with the work we’ve provided, you’ll then receive an invoice. To help with the smooth running of our operation, we ask that you are prompt with the payment.

Any tips for making the most of my booking with TMT Central?
Great question! Supplying a photo of the work required will help us to make a judgement on time, and provide an indication of the tools required. When booking our professionals on hourly rate, we also suggest that if you have a few little jobs that we could potentially deal with should there be time left over, let us know.
Do you charge for a quotation?
No, we don’t. And there’s never an obligation for you to go ahead with the work.
Do I always need a quote?
