Domestic and Commercial Property Maintenance Services in Central London
Ensuring that those small jobs, don’t turn into big problems
Whether you’re a landlord looking to re-let a property quickly, or a homeowner who wants to keep their home in tip-top condition, we have a central London-based property maintenance service that’s designed for you. We can provide everything from simple gas safety inspections and carpentry services to fixing a dripping tap and re-wiring a set of lights.
Your property is probably your most valuable asset, but the fact is, it’s only going to get older. That means things will invariably go wrong, and will continue to do so. The good news is, that if you keep on top of the small, niggly problems, they won’t turn into giant monsters that suck the life out of your bank account.
We are here to make sure everything works, just when you need it to, and without the hefty price tag that so many of our competitors charge. And because your property is as unique as you are, we tailor our maintenance services in the same way. A one-off? No problem. A fixed, monthly schedule, that suits us fine. Just give us a call and we can discuss what’ll work best for you.

How it Works?
Let us know when a good time to visit will be, and we’ll send one of our friendly team to reconcile the work and find the best way to help you. If it’s a small job, we’ll probably be able to carry out the work there and then.
Usually, within 24 hours of the site visit we’ll have a no-obligation quotation across to you.
Once you’re happy with the quotation, we’ll arrange the work to take place at a time that’s convenient for you.
Once we’ve finished the job and you are happy with the work we’ve provided, you’ll then receive an invoice. To help with the smooth running of our operation, we ask that you are prompt with the payment.
