- Same-day service is available — we don’t charge extra for urgency.
- Transparent pricing — what you see is what you pay. All prices include VAT.
- No surcharges for congestion zone, ULEZ, or parking — it’s all included.
- We don’t charge for travel time to the job site.
- Available Monday to Friday, with out-of-hours appointments arranged by request.
- No call-out fees — ever.
- Materials are charged separately to ensure you only pay for what’s actually needed.

- We add a 20% handling charge to the cost of materials to cover sourcing, logistics, and admin.
- Time spent sourcing materials is billed at the standard hourly rate. However, there are no charges for sourcing when materials are brought from our office.
- Where possible, we’ll bring materials with us to reduce downtime — this is why we ask for photos in advance, so we can prep accordingly and save you time.
