Jet Pressure Washing - Freshen up, make new, sanitise

A professional jet pressure washing service, anywhere in London

The build-up of mould and slime on your patio or stone steps not only looks hideous, it can be potentially harmful. Garden furniture is equally susceptible, whether it’s wooden or plastic. But with a powerful session of jet wash cleaning, these things can be made to look like new, not to mention genuinely clean and sanitised.

Jet washing isn’t just a great way to freshen up your garden exterior. If you are a shop owner, you no doubt have an awning. When they start to look dirty and grubby, it not only kills the effect of any advertising you may have, but generally sends out a bad message – especially if you’re a restaurant or food outlet.

Any tips for making the most of my booking with TMT Central?
Great question! Supplying a photo of the work required will help us to make a judgement on time, and provide an indication of the tools required. When booking our professionals on hourly rate, we also suggest that if you have a few little jobs that we could potentially deal with should there be time left over, let us know.
Do you charge for a quotation?
No, we don’t. And there’s never an obligation for you to go ahead with the work.
Do I always need a quote?
No, not always. If it’s a relatively straightforward job, our professional team will do the job right away, charging our hourly rate. If the job is more complicated, we will arrange for a written quotation to be sent to you.
What happens if I’m unhappy with the work you carry out?
This is a worst-case scenario for us and we’ll move heaven and earth to get it rectified to your satisfaction. Just contact us the moment you feel unhappy, and we’ll set the wheels in motion to make you happy.
Can I reschedule any work that I’ve hired you to do?
Yes, by giving us 48 hours’ notice.
I get a bit nervous about letting strangers into my home. Can you reassure me?
All of our team wear uniforms and are CR-checked. On the occasions we employ outside contractors, we make a series of checks on the company before contracting them.
Will I ever need to pay more than the price you’ve quoted?
As is with life, sometimes things are a little outside of our control. On the rare occasion that something unforeseen arises, we’ll inform you immediately of the need for any additional labour or materials.
What about parking and congestion charges?
Please do your best to supply visitor permits, where possible. If we do incur parking or congestion charges, they will be passed on to you.
      Are you insured?
Yes, we have full public liability insurance cover up to £5million.
How quickly can you arrive at a job?
Wherever possible, the same day. Otherwise, usually within 48 hours.
Do you work weekends and evenings?
Yes. But there’s a small additional charge to cover the increase in the staff wages.
Do you have Gas Safe certified engineers?
      Yes, we do.
      Do you have accredited electricians?
Yes. They are either registered with NICEIC (National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting) or City and Guilds.
      How do you charge?
For smaller jobs we charge on an hourly basis. Larger projects are usually charged at a fixed, all-inclusive price.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept bank transfers, cash or check. Or you can pay by credit/debit card using our secure online payment facility.
      Which areas do you cover?
All areas across Central London and the surrounding areas.
Do you charge if you have to shop for materials?
Yes. Time is charged at our standard hourly rate. However, our prime location means that a local DIY store is never far away.
      Will you bring stepladders?
We don’t usually carry stepladders, so please let us know if your job requires it. In the event we need to work at a height greater than 7.70 feet (234cm), we’ll charge a slightly increased rate. You’ll be made aware of this before any work begins.
      I have more questions.
No problem. Use the contact details below and we’ll happily answer any questions and provide advice wherever we can.
